not managed to complete my food diary this week, plus had a phone call with the doctor, my bad cholesterol has gone up so I need to have a re-think and be more food pro-active methinks.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I would look into a Mediterranean based diet. It's really good for lowering cholesterol!

Thank you for your message. I have checked out the Mediterranean diet before and it is generally what i eat, but since I moved house 50 miles away from where I grew up- from lots of hills to flat ground I have just put on weight. I know I'm not moving as much- today I've been sat working from home since 8am,about an hour off for lunch and just finished now!It didn't help that I'm having all these problems with my stomach either!!!
