As of today I have lost 30pounds since I started this journey in May ! I've lost a total of 40pounds since my highest weight of 227 two years ago ! Thank you God and Dr. Atkins in that order! Lol

85.1 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg. Still to go: 21.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
