Considering we had a back yard cookout for family mohter's day, I did reasonably well. I DID stay away from the beer and didn't go over my FDA for the day and lost a little weight.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
