Ate within my calories/macros. Ran a lot yesterday helping my 5 year old practice riding his bike, he can ride all by himself now! Still needs to practice starting and stopping.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
