Hi gang. Had some personal things to deal with and business issues to go along with that so I haven't kept track or anything or weighed in for a few days but I'm back.

I'm down to 214.8 today WOOHOOOOOO! It's Tuesday so my goal for next Monday is 212. What's really exciting is that the 210's will be in the horizon the following week.

I hope you all have been doing well and keep up the lifestyle change. In my opinion, in order to keep the weight off once you get to the ideal weight, a lifestyle change is in order. What are your thoughts about this
97.4 kg Lost so far: 24.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

My lifestyle changes with every pound i lose, my clothes fit better and I can walk without limping. My motivation is to be healthy and free from aches, pains and inflamation. My lifestyle is happily changing :-) Good luck :-)

Nice weight loss! My knee was hurting so much when I was 202 lbs, but now that I have lost weight, it is better. I feel good! I am definitely not going to gain the weight back this time. Lifestyle changed!
