Still slow
In general my diet rule
NO sugar. coffee, ice cream, chocolate etc all the nice things
Last two months Dramaticly reduced wine consumption
From 2 glass per day TO 2 glass per week, good going.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
