I was really bad Saturday & Sunday up 5lbs. Why do I keep doing this after working so hard all week? Disappointed with myself. I know how easy I gain.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
