Aww don't worry that is just how the body works, you will gain some and lose some.Just continue and it is a good idea to weigh in daily.

Its your mind set, if you feel that weighting in every day will hold you accountable for what you eat give it a try. Us it to stay focused.

Everyone is different and we respect others' varying approaches. I find that I MUST weigh every day. If I do NOT, then I find myself thinking, 'Oh well. My official weigh in is not till Saturday. I can have this cookie. When I weigh, the scale says, "No. you do not need that cookie."
