Back up. So much temptation from so many birthdays and our anniversary this month. Just a little frustrated, but I am not gonna give up. I am not going to deny myself from enjoying the foods and cakes from the celebrations either though. Last one will be the weekend of June 4th. We will be celebrating my granddaughter's 6th birthday and my 50th.
118.3 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 57.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Our celebrations and similar seem to clump together sometimes. I can usually get by with one meal but a week takes a while to recover from. Good luck!
