I’m actually down three pounds. It’s been touch and go. But finally on the right path. I’m so hoping I can get back down to the 140’s again. Wish me luck!!

You got this! Fluctuations suck but are really normal. My same 3 pounds wobble for months then go down 1. lol 😆

Yes JC, you are right! Last time I was stuck on 160 was over a year ago and up and down for months. Now I’m stuck again so trying super hard. I always say working hard instead of diet. Because it is super hard work! Thank you for the kind reply.
