FINALLY OUT OF THE 179 TO 181 RANGE. TENTATIVELY. I REALIZE LOSS SLOWS TOWARD THE END, ESPECIALLY AS MUSCLE BUILDS AND I AM COOL WITH THAT. OLD PANTS FITTING WELL AND THAT FEELS GREAT . I HAVE AWESOME, SUPPORTIVE BUDDIES THAT ARE A HUGE PART OF THIS!!

Woot you are down but not out! Pedomiters are neat gadgets if you have to recharge don't forget to. I turned on my ipod this morning and Kaput no juice. Had to run to Fox news at the gym. Serious bummer. LOL. Great job. Mel

Yikes! My old phone had a really accurate pedometer in it. I mught look for an app to see if available. This little guy seems pretty right on too. cool little gizmo!
