Yippee!!! I’m in the 160’s ☀️. Next goal is the 150’s. Best news of all? My blood pressure has lowered significantly and I feel great. The daily walking, weekly exercise class and portion control are working! Who knew that showing a bit of common sense would pay off😉
76.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
