I jumped back up to 182 this past weekend, ate horrible junk foods & fast food. I ate Papa Johns & a Blizzard for dinner Saturday, as if I had no control. But, once again, I do a few days of Atkins and run on the treadmill, and I lose 4 pounds. And even if it's just water I lost, my white "uniform shorts" are loose again and that makes me feel thin & confident. I'd like to maintain 178 for the rest of my life.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
