Good times during the golf tourney yesterday, but WAY to much beer and bloody Mary mix. Sodium intake was too high. Oh well.....back on track today.
121.0 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 30.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
