Yay! 4 pounds in a week! (Started being healthy before starting on this site!) 6 more pounds until I reach my first actual goal, and I'm hoping some increased physical activity and being more strict when it comes to night time snacking will help get rid of those pounds.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
