Off to a great start today, I must say.


Skipped breakfast because I was in a rush to get the girls out the door for their doctor's appointment. But when I came home, at around lunch time, I had an apple with chunky peanut butter, cheese and chicken on rye bread (grilled & delicious), and a cup of coffee.


Once all of that settles, I plan on doing some jumping jacks, 30 for now, and then some squats. 30 more jumping jacks, and some modified push-ups. Carma laughs when I do jumping jacks, so I can probably work out with her hanging out in her crib lol!


Dinner, I have pork chops, peas, and a baked potato with low fat sour cream planned. And I can't wait! I've been dying for a baked potato for, like, ever! lol


And later tonight, after the kids are in bed, I want to do some light stretching and/or yoga, and take a crack at some meditation. Perhaps I'll feel better mentally if I start doing that at night. And really focus on my goals for the following day.

Well, I'm off to get some cleaning done. Ta-ta for now.
