I got under 300 - first time in ten years and my brain was like “no, don’t think so” 😳
139.6 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 39.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you! What a perfect thing to say, feeling discouraged but also realizing my deep deep issues with food - it’s more than watching what I eat, it’s a complete revamp 😀 a friend told me once “if you tripped on a stair would you just throw yourself down the whole flight”

A disappointment but you can overcome negative thinking and get below 300 and even lower. I am behind you🤗🇨🇦

I am so glad I am not the only one afraid of success. Self-sabotage is always there to be fought...it is the hardest part of staying on a diet...even one that works.
