She's tough, but we're tougher.
Lots of rain yesterday so Nanoose Creek trail to falls will be pretty wet; so I bypassed and did some other stuff. I hiked down to the falls from the top avoiding the lower trail and had a few drinks of spring water using my collapsible cup.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
