Our aged mechanical scales today showed the high side of the 190. I'll enter that weight when I'm sure it's going to stay there. Last time it jumped 5 lbs., in a day. At my age I am paranoid regarding stroke and or dementia, which is why I would like to lose a few more lbs. My wife and so do I hate throwing away stuff in this "throw away society" we are part of; so can't justify new scales until these just don't work.
