Well, well, well. It looks like my body likes being at 145 lbs. Thankfully, the pain from the wisdom teeth extraction is pretty minimal now and it looks like I can get back to my morning strength training next Monday. Hopefully, that will get me out of this weight. I've now been here for 3 weeks! I really hope I hit 144.9 next Friday! Seriously!! I'm only 19 pounds away from the 100 pound mark. C'mon, body. Get with it!

I still see this week as an accomplishment. Here's to not gaining any weight back and staying focused! :D

I'm sure I won't be the first to comment about having had a similar experience. I was stuck at 170 lbs. for almost a month and since then have gone down a measly 0.5 lb. a week. Still, it's moving down again, and for that I'm immensely grateful. Stick it out. It will happen. I didn't go crazy and change what I was doing immediately, but I did look for a new work out routine to challenge my body. Whether it's the reason the scale started moving again or not, who knows. Good luck. We got your back!

You are probably on a temporary stall. Try upping your calories for a day or two then go back down. It should hopefully get the scale moving again. Glad that your pain is now minimal.
