222.6lbs. 2.0lb loss in sixteen days.
Not great, but still okay considering the premature thaw of the "porch freezer" we had this year! It forced us to eat food faster than was planned on, in order to keep it from going bad.
Higher daily protein numbers now a norm!
Protein intake has been well over 100g/day for months now!
Keeping daily track really does pay off with regards to calories and protein, even when pressed to extremes!

Great post LB! I'm happy for you! SO MUCH! Please help me figure out how to add more protein into my daily diet! I also try for 100g, but often fall short. Not always, but I can seemed to get stable on it!

Calories and protein are my main tracking. And of course I drink lots of water. We seem to have goals in common.

3Dkids ... Thanks! I'm guessing that obviously quantity has a lot to do with calories, but targeting the higher protein foods and ousting the lower number items is how I chose to do it. It was VERY easy once I added protein to my tracking. After a while, the higher ratio items I regularly used just became easier to remember while shopping. Off the top of my head, the two highest protein foods that I regularly use are turkey & cheese. But each person has to choose a method that's right for them. It's not a "one size fits all" kind of approach. 🦃🧀 🛒😋👍
