I did the 5:30 a.m. circuit training class this morning... must have done 1000 jump ropes... Damn, I forgot how much I hated jump roping! LOL Happy HUMP DAY!

Jumping rope used to be fun, I don't know what the hell happened to it over the years but it sure has changed!! :)
