I have come to realize that 240lbs will likely be as good as I get. based on my size, along with my body building gym routine, anything under that would be very challenging. I can't get hung up on my BMI based off scales, especially fitbit trash, sorry they make fine "tools" but it's a little too cult for me, and I owned three versions. yes they had a purpose, but I think eventually you all surpass its usefulness as a fitness tool, IMOP. Diet is so key to success, really the bottom line. This app and community have been very helpful and supportive through my journey, so if you are new here look at the updates, pictures of food for ideas, and read the success and failures because we can all take away from both. Cheers all!

Thanks, I suspect that would be true. With the 260 mark it is only my waist that bothers me. Again diet really being the only thing that can change that now. Really trying to eat enough for the physical demands right now, high protein levels each day, so we shall see how things balance. TIME

I was feeling the same way when I got to 10% bodyfat. I couldn't lose any more weight, I couldn't cut my calories further. then I thought to myself "this is the point I always quit! not this time!". I readjusted when I was eating certain meals so i had more energy. I dropped my protein intake a bit a increased my fat intake (same calories at end of day). I then started having more fat right before i went to bed (to keep me full at night and prevent the usual midnight refrigerator raid! All of a sudden the hunger pains were gone and weight loss ensued again. I felt more energy. Then I hit 8% bodyfat, and just the other day 7%. I look back and was so glad I didn't quit. Best of luck to you with your decision, I know if you have come this far you can go further and reach your goal!
