5 days on the mostly meal replacement bar & shakes type of diet. Dropped 4 lbs and then Plateau at day 3 - DRINK MORE WATER!! Same weight last 3 days -KEEP GOING!! You got this.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
