Yep, whinned here and on facebook bout my lack of weight loss.. and guess what.. today, I "lost" more weight (actually is that win.. not loss.. :-?
143.7 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 55.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
