fat 41.5 % but was surprised by my blood pressure reading of 123/78. my heartbeat is min 65bpm and max 75bpm. I had a glass of red wine with lunch followed by black coffee. I am not allowed to drink water during meals and 1 hour after. I can drink water in between and stop 15 mins before my meal. I was out yesterday all day, first walked my 10k steps before lunch, had ravioli with goats cheese filling, wine and coffee. only drank a tonic water in the evening, didn't feel like eating. Had a lovely time at the theatre watching Sister Act the musical. by the time boarded the ferry back, got home at 9pm and I don't eat after 6pm. was ok with it. so was very surprised with blood pressure reading.... have to stay away from wine and coffee for a couple of days to bring it down.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

I agree, I AIM for that sort of reading!! Do you just take one reading? I always do three in a row to make sure!

Yeah me too trytry! I suffer from hypertension that's y I'm dieting in the first place. At worst mine was180/110! Very scary😲
