Yay! Finally moving down again! That bike ride last night sure did the trick! I was wiped out and the baby wouldn't sleep and through up last night but hey I could be gain in stead! Baby and I are home but she seems up to going to day-care in a bit and ate so there is hope things will look up all around.

82.2 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks I think I'll go on the bike again tonight but I won't promise as it is going to be very hot today. If I don't maybe I'll compromise with some Pilates!
