I need help. I have never ever been able to lose all my required weight. I am sitting with a BMI of 41 which is dangerous for my health. The Doctor has requested that I reduce it to at 28. HELP HELP!!!!!!! My health is at risk
115 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 45 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you're at the right place. pick a diet that works for you and stick to it... pick an exercise routine that you can handle and stick to it... you will be ok!

I started with a BMI of 42.4, 11 months ago. It is possible. You can do it!

You've picked a good site to come to in helping you achieve your goals. I would suggest you start logging everything you eat if you haven't started already, also log all your exercise. If you don't currently do any exercise consult with your doctor if needed but start doing some type of exercise providing your health allows it. There's lots of particulars as far as fat/carbs/proteins that would depend on what type of diet plan you will follow, if you share more specific information about what your diet plan is people can help with some of those details. Buddy up with people on here and use the site each day to post and log progress, thoughts, give and get support. We're all here on approximately the same path together...it's a one-day-at-a-time journey and this is a great day to get started with it. Best wishes for your success!
