Went to visit my daughter and her family for a couple of days. Had take out fish and chips, oh my were they delicious. Plus a bottle of wine, cake with ice cream Diet plans shot for the visit. But did I enjoy them. This will be my cheat day for a couple of weeks. Back to the salads and chicken starting tomorrow.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
