Yeah! Lost the DCAT conference weight gain. It took a whole week to lose one nights drinking and dinner.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm right there, too. I enjoy a weekend trip to a restaurant and enjoy too much food and a bit of dessert - and POW! Takes all week and a 48 hour fast to lose that 2 pounds! GAH!!!!! Anyway, sorry for the rant! Stay on track, this too shall pass! Great drop 📉 👀 📉! 🌸 🧡 ❤️‍🔥 💝 🌹 🌻 🍀 🌝
