No change so far which is good. I have been careful but not as strict with food intake and still doing carb cycling. I have been much more active since my granddaughter came. We have been on the go everyday. Yesterday we went to see the musical Beauty and the Beast. Today is clothes shopping for her. Tomorrow we leave for Calif. My heart is full of love for her and I am blessed that she and I are able to sit for hours and talk about everything that is going on in her life and what her future plans are etc. She is so much like me! We laugh about it all the time. I will always cherish this time I'm spending with her and I thank God every day for sending me my angel! Have a great weekend everyone!💜🙏🙏💜💜🙏🙏💜
