Last week I came in 2nd place for the weight-loss competition at work.
After 1 week off the wagon, I gained around 6 pounds!
I feel defeated, because it will probably take a month to lose those 6 pounds.
Now that the competition is over, I'll have to rely on this app, the supportive community, and (most of all) some good old-fashion will-power to make progress.
