Hey. I’m not logging my jump. Sick of the up and down on that stupid scale lol. Surely it’s just water weight from being dehydrated and my body rebelling….

Lol. I prefer 122 and turns out that’s my ‘perfect’ weight. My range is around 5-8 pounds either way. But you have to remember that I’m almost 5’3” and very small bones. My 13 year old is one of the smallest in her class and our wrists and ankles are the same size. She’s just way more slender haha. Weight isn’t as important to me as how I look but it’s an easy way to see how I am doing quickly. Now my 16 yo is around 5’4-5’5, about 140# and tons of muscle. THAT is how I would like to look but doubt it’ll ever happen lol. I’m not willing to run several miles a week, 7 hours conditioning/lifting per week and 10-14 hrs a week practicing the sport of the season. Not to mention games, track meets etc. I don’t have the energy or willpower lol. I envy your willpower to keep going to the gym! I haven’t been in forever and don’t want to because I know I will have more shoulder and neck pain if I do and the dizziness. But I do miss how my arms looked better and my waist was an inch smaller and I had a little more energy when I was going.
