Geez I ate chocolate cake ,nachos with cheese and I gained weigh. What a Surprise 😩 Today hubby and I will go back to our low carb low sugar way of eating. Need to be good, summer is around the corner.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
