The scale says I have gained but that's ok. This is something I used to get upset with in the past because I thought the scale told the truth lol.
In reality I'm down a pant size and I'm likely holding a bunch of water from these kick boxing and hot yoga classes I have been doing. So sticking with the program and putting faith in the fact that Im doing the work.
