In the right direction but too slow.
The formula 7000 k/cal = 1 Kg Does not seam to work.
Question .. 8hrs sleep (702Kcal)+ 16 hrs couch patato (1561 Kcal) = 2263 K/cal
Therefor calories less consumed = weight loss using above formula.
92.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
