Day 4, I officially decided to break my own rule and weight daily at least this week it continues to offer me motivation I know that one of these days I'll step on and will not have lost anything or even gained...but that's all part of the game. I won't be able to this weekend, but I am going to do my best to stay on track, just so that I can make monday that much sweeter...

Been at this a year...and I now weigh twice a week on Wednesday and Sundays.. for the same reason... motivation! You are doing so WONDERFULLY!! Keep on, keepin' on !!

Thanks, but it is you who have done something amazing over a 100 lbs. that's incredible. I just found this website recently but wish I had it a long time ago, but guess i just needed it for the home stretch :)my total goal was a little over 60lbs, and am down 47 so i try to remind my self that I have come a lot further than the 4 lbs posted above.
