So not a big move down from my last weigh in but at least its some thing! I'm hoping I'll get to 180lbs by the end of the month, fingers crossed!
Its been super warm here! A nice toasty 26c here and in a place like this by a big lake it feels hot. The draw back is the forest fires so much smoke and that is what caused me trouble last week. They recommend not doing a lot of activity outside on days like this because of the falling ash being so bad for your lungs:P Non the less I get out each day at least a little.
My hubby is so on board with getting healthy he's making his lunches (healthy ones) instead of getting a hotdog at a store and trying to keep me in line too! I told him about a diet plan I saw on here that I read up on later called 'the whole 30'. Its really strict and to my surprise he seems to want to do it! It is similar to what I do but I'm allowed to eat dairy and have treats where as the other one is no treats or anything processed and no dairy, beans, soy products, grains, peanut butter, sugar or even sweeteners including stevia which is only an extract! Stiff! I think the thing that got him is the 15lbs that he could lose i the strict 30 days of fruit and meat and the occasional fruit. Well if he is bent on doing it I'll do what I can to support it. I hope everyone is having a great day!
