I haven't been on in a while guys, but looks like its time for the spring revival! lol
My goal for the next little bit will be a Monday and Friday weigh in, to see if my extra calories on the weekend are helping out at all in the loss.
After that, moving to one weigh in a week as this scale thing can get stressful and If you're making all the right moves, there's no need to freak yourself out over a little water :)
I hope everyone here is doing well and I'm looking forward to seeing all of your wonderful food and recipes in the coming weeks.
