Still no change in weight. Must have hit a plateau. Went to the local fitness center to check it out. Looks really good. Tomorrow starts exercise program with trainer at the gym.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Be patient! Sometimes it takes time for your body to recalibrate. I’ve lost nearly 5 lbs in 2.5 weeks but my weight goes up and down, get the sleep you need and allow time for your body to burn the calories of your last meal before bed. It’s like a game of chess. Sometimes you have to move back to move forward the next move.
