I see that no matter how well I stick to diet and exercise, gains sometimes come with losses. I am working out, gaining muscle and eating well. My buddies have taught me that it is all normal to go up and down and it is probably due to things other than getting fatter! I am very gratefull to them for that. If you are new to this sight, take heart, record your intake and listen to your buddies!

82.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
