Still coming down but haven't really been putting the best things into my body. Just broke up with my gf of 4 years and we share a 2 year old son together. Hopefully I can use it as motivation to continue to lose and exercise rather than drink excessively or eat for comfort. Got to stay active to keep my mind off everything, hopefully I can get some productive exercise in today.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Stay strong!! Be the best example for your son that you can. If you find yourself slipping, call a friend and talk to them.
