Bad on the weekend. This weekend will be worse with going home for Easter. I love to visit my family and celebrate the holidays but we over-indulge. I must try to not go to the extreme plus get in at least a walk.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Sandra! ahhhh.... Family reunions and food, seems that they go together and you can't escape lol! But if you eat more you always have the option to move more and compensate. Have a great Easter weekend, hopefully we'll have a decent weather!
