Not gonna lie, FS fam, but I had to work really hard for this drop this week!! I saw a sizable increase on the scale last week and had to get really strict about my diet again. I’m just over two months into my FS journey and there’s no room for slacking now!

Monday-Wednesday of this week:

🥬Green juice for breakfast (50 cal)
🍵Lentil vegetable soup and apple slices for lunch (-150)
🥗A different low cal dinner each evening (-500-600)
🍩Dreamt about donuts last night 🙅🏻‍♀️😭

I know this journey will come with ups and downs, the important part is we all stick with it, together!!
61.6 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
