Got the results of my MRI today. I have a torn meniscus. Not the news I wanted to hear, but important information to have so that I can move forward without causing more damage.

erikahollister and walk4fitness, thank you very much for those well-wishes. I am 99% sure this is a 7-year old injury. So I've been living with it all these years. I finally will (I think) get some physical therapy paid for by my insurance company. So this is gonna actually be a good thing in the long run. 🙃
