I've not been great over the last few weeks- it turns out I've diverticulitis, plus a virus in my stomach- so diet- what diet. Anyway back to recording what I eat again!
81.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
