There it is again!
It looks like I'm stuck!
What must I change
To start losing again?

Down with the carbs,
Up with proteins,
Eat fewer sweets,
Focus on meats!

I know all the things
I really must do,
Somehow abstain,
And exercise too!
80.2 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
