Today is my weekly weigh in and I am down from last week, which is good although I did have a lower weight the day after my fast day. I had a week of achievments, I managed to get my fitbit zip woorking with linux unfortunately I havent got my scales to sync with fatsecret via syncmetrics.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
