I was at this weight last Monday, some ups, some downs. Little plateau at this number but finally broke, and stayed below 180. Probably will re set my goal at 165 after I hit 175
81.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

haha thanks, I appreciate it..I could nt maintain my vow of only entering weigh in on Monday tho! I am the LEAST surprised by this development!
