waist measurement: 66cm

yay my waist has gone down more even though I had extra food last night because I stayed up much later than usual!
very happy but wish I could weigh myself somewhere accurately:-(

54.8 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
